About Me

Abbie is a serial entrepreneur and advisor to global leaders, with a background spanning policy, strategic communications, and business building.
She began her career as an early employee at boutique strategic communications consultancy Aequitas, rising within three years to the senior leadership team, where she led a presidential campaign in West Africa and advised UN-partnered NGOs and businesses across multiple continents. At the Confederation of British Industry, the UK's largest business representative body to government, she grew the London and South East portfolio during the Brexit process and established the organisation's first sustainability working group.
She then founded Compare Ethics as Co-founder and CEO, an AI company that helps enterprise clients, including Zalando, Reiss, Reformation, and Barbour, build confidence in their sustainability communications. Alongside this company, Abbie built a community of 60+ enterprise companies and raised over £2 million from global investors, including Morgan Stanley. She earned Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition, a place in Google's first UK Female Founder Accelerator, and a spot in the PwC accelerator programme; Abbie also walked away from Dragons' Den with three investment offers.
Abbie now advises global leaders, drawing on her policy, communications, and business-building background to help them build global reputations, navigate geopolitics and market developments with clarity and confidence.
